68R Series is a one of a kind coating. It is the only industrial 2 part dry fall urethane topcoat on the market. 68R combines the maximum service life, and  premium aesthetics of an industrial urethane with specialty dry fall application characteristics. This unique dry fall capability allows for spray applications with no overspray worries. Areas that were previously restricted to brush and roll applications can now be coated via spray application. Traditionally when spray applying in areas that are at high risk for overspray damage, masking or containment was required. Overspray from our 68R Series is dry to a powder within 10-20 feet from the application site. This powdered overspray is easily brushed or blown off leaving behind no residue. This adds up to quicker job completion and lower project cost.

68R dry fall urethane topcoat enables painting to take place with no interruption to operations. Because there is no risk for overspray damage, operations can continue during painting projects.    

By enabling spray application where previously impossible, 68R dry fall urethane topcoat allows paint contractors can save tremendously on labor. Spray applications are up to 4x faster when compared to brush and roll. A contractor using Highland dry fall can far under-bid competitors while simultaneously increasing profit.    

68R Series is a dry fall aliphatic urethane topcoat. It meets SSPC-Paint 36 specifications for 2-K weatherable aliphatic urethanes.  It offers maximum performance even when exposed to a variety of harsh climatic and chemical environments.

68R Series dry fall urethane topcoat is available in a low VOC formulation which conforms to the California state VOC restrictions. It is called 68-RCA. Additionally, 68R Series is available in a clear coat.
