Highland 35-S Series is an industrial grade alkyd sanding primer. It features long lasting service life, and quick dry times. What’s more, this premium alkyd sanding primer is packed with rust inhibitors, and provides fantastic corrosion protection. Additionally, 35-S Series may be applied directly over tightly adhered rust. It completely seals the substrate off from future corrosion. The existing rust is stopped in its tracks.
