Primers 325 Series Zinc Rich Epoxy 325 Series is a high performance 2-K zinc-rich epoxy primer in a dry-fall formula. It provides outstanding abrasion resistance and protection against undercutting and corrosion by cathodic protection.
475R Series
Dry-Fall
Polyamine Epoxy 475R Series is a high performance dry-fall 2-K polyamine epoxy primer. It is a surface tolerant primer that may be applied over tightly bonded rust or mill scale and offers outstanding chemical, water, weathering, and corrosion protection. 475R Is also an excellent tie coat when used between a zinc rich primer and the topcoat of your choice.
Direct-To-Metal Higrip 97 Series Epoxy Mastic Polyamide Epoxy 97 Series epoxy mastic is a high solids (70%) 2-K direct-to-metal coating specifically formulated to alleviate extensive surface preparation. It may be applied over minimally prepared surfaces: rusty steel and deteriorated previously painted surfaces. It dries to a flat finish and may be applied up to 7 mils dft per coat. A complex rush inhibitor and resin system assures excellent corrosion protection in a single coat system.
485R Series

Polyamine Epoxy 485R Series polyamine epoxy is a surface tolerant dry-fall direct-to-metal formula that may be applied over tightly bonded rust or mill scale and offers outstanding chemical, water, weathering and corrosion protection.

Aliphatic Urethane 68R Series aliphatic urethane topcoat provides a deep automotive “wet look”, ultimate color purity, flexibility, uv and corrosion protection even when exposed to a variety of harsh climatic and chemical environments - all in a dry-fall formula to eliminate paint overspray worries! 68R Series should be used on areas where the highest durability and outstanding aesthetics are required.
775 Series Brush & Roll Silicone Alkyd 775 Is a single package silicone alkyd topcoat formulated specifically for brush and roll application. Due to the high silicone content and uv stable pigmentation, 775 maintains exceptional gloss and color purity even in rugged industrial or atmospheric environments. These qualities are greatly enhanced when used with 775-alh-100 urethane modifier.

47 Series
Hybrid Epoxy Novolac

Chem-Temp 47 Series is a high-build 2-K hybrid epoxy novolac specifically formulated to provide exceptional chemical protection and temperature protection up to 450°F. Chem-Temp 47 is surface tolerant and may be applied over marginally prepared surfaces (tightly bonded rust and previously painted surfaces) up to 16 mils DFT. It may be used as a primer or a DTM (Direct to Metal) under insulation coating. With proper reducer selection, Chem-Temp may be modified to be applied directly to hot surfaces up to 400°F

48 Series Hybrid Epoxy Novolac HiTemp 48 Series 450°F Insulation Epoxy Primer is a high build surface tolerant 2-K hybrid epoxy novolac that is specifically formulated to provide exceptional temperature insulation and heat reduction properties, as well as exceptional chemical and corrosion protection. It is an excellent choice for priming under insulation when maximum temperature and corrosion protection is needed. 48 Series may be applied at 12 mils DFT per coat to achieve the recommended film thickness. When applied at 12 mils DFT on 450°F surfaces, it will lower the surface temperature by 130°F. With the proper reducer selection, this product can be modified so that it may be applied directly to hot surfaces up to 400°F
15-ZN Series 1000°F Silicone Zinc The 15-ZN series silicone zinc primer is 2-K primer that cathodically protects steel and is designed for heat affected zones up to 1000°F, and provides outstanding corrosion protection. Note: this product heat cures at 250°F.

It will provide dry temperature resistance on surfaces up to 800°F, providing color stability to 800°F for black, aluminum, and a limited number of gray colors. 815-HA Series is a modified version of 815 Series specifically formulated for application directly to hot surfaces up to 450°F
